Jessica has been a fitness fanatic since she can remember. She was introduced to the Lagree method in 2020 and became instantly hooked. With her past fitness instruction experience, she became a natural at teaching Lagree classes in the Pacific Northwest, as well as her native home in San Diego, CA. As a Lagree Master Trainer, Jessica is excited to spread the Lagree love beyond her own studio in Springfield and train instructors all over the world. She believes that when the Lagree method is done correctly, there is no need to spend countless hours in the gym. Jessica is a passionate advocate for the Lagree Method and everything its founder, Sebastien Lagree, brings to the fitness world.
In addition to being a fitness enthusiast, Jessica is also a successful entrepreneur who owns multiple UPS stores, in addition to her Lagree studio (Lagree Plus). Outside of her studio and UPS stores, Jessica enjoys exploring the outdoors with dogs, traveling to Padres games, and spending time with her family and friends.
With almost a decade of experience, Ashley is a seasoned fitness instructor, with expertise in cycle and Lagree. When she's not teaching, she works as a bookkeeper at Aesthetic Surgical Arts, where she has been for the past 10 years. Ashley is a proud newlywed, and mother to an 8-year-old who is her absolute pride and joy. Ashley brings the beats to Lagree Plus to pump up classes for her killer pulse combinations. She is inclusive and kind, hyping up every person in the room to be their best.
Athena has been active in boutique studio fitness for 8 years. She fell in love with the Lagree method in 2020 and has been an instructor since. She brings her zesty personality to every class. With a strong passion for sports and fitness, she emphasizes proper form and technique to help her clients achieve their goals. Athena is dedicated to creating a fun, supportive and challenging environment that inspires her clients to push past their limits and builds both muscle + mental. Outside of the studio Athena is a product designer for Walla!
Austin was first introduced to Lagree in 2021, and fell in love with the method not long after. He combines his previous knowledge of anatomy and physiology with the Lagree method to provide a form-focused full body workout. Austin enjoys helping people to improve themselves, both physically and mentally, and believes that hard work and determination WILL yield results. When he’s not studying Lagree, gaming, or at an Oregon football game, Austin can often be found in Lagree classes alongside his longtime girlfriend, Marissa.
Erin Smith is a certified Lagree Fitness instructor with a passion for helping her clients reach their fitness goals. Her form focused teaching style motivates and inspires her clients to push their limits. Erin's goal is to empower her clients to live a healthier and happier life through Lagree. Gabby has been an avid gym goer for many years. Although she has played sports her whole life, her passion for fitness blossomed in the gym weightlifting. While attending college, she participated in various different group fitness classes. Now graduated from college she still enjoys staying active as well as growing in her career and meeting new people. Continuing her passion in fitness as an instructor is a longtime goal of hers. With a versatile background Gabby is enthusiastic to aid clients in their fitness journeys and make working out something to look forward to!

She was actively involved in sports throughout her childhood, which led to her exploring different fitness activities such as group fitness, running, and weightlifting in college. With a well-rounded background in fitness, Lindsay is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Rachel LaBuda is a passionate fitness enthusiast with a deep love for all types of workouts, especially higher intensity exercises due to the impressive results they yield. Rachel is a dedicated mother of four children. Her extensive expertise in the fitness industry makes her a force to be reckoned with as she excels in multiple roles: a personal trainer, nutrition coach, group fitness instructor, and a certified Lagree instructor, holding various specialty certifications.
Sara is a devoted single mom and fitness enthusiast and has been teaching Lagree for 2 years. With experience as a Versa Climber instructor, she's always seeking to expand her knowledge and skills. When she's not teaching or training, Sara enjoys meeting finding an adventure, meeting new people and gaming.
Sarah started her teaching journey in 2014 as spin instructor. This led her to get involved in bodybuilding competitions, to boxing, and then to Lagree. She started teaching Lagree in 2018 in Austin, TX and is also certified Pilates instructor. She has taught in Texas, France, and now Oregon! When she is not teaching she is working on her masters in architecture at the University of Oregon.
Serena has always had a love for high-intensity workouts, but unfortunately, she would often get injured. However, everything changed when she discovered Lagree Fitness. She is thrilled to be able to fully enjoy the intensity of high-intensity workouts without sacrificing her well-being and she is eager to share her experience with others and help them achieve their fitness goals. Serena is a mother, a wife to her best friend and a grandma to her favorite little girl. By day she is a Hair Stylist who takes pride in making her clients feel confident and beautiful.
Thalassa is a fitness enthusiast and instructor who believes in the holistic approach to recovery. After overcoming addiction, she has dedicated herself to inspiring others on their fitness journey. Thalassa believes that strength comes from within and aims to empower her clients to achieve their goals both physically and mentally.
