  • 50 minutes. A traditional Lagree class designed to challenge your entire body through slow, controlled movements that build strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility—all under the disco ball for a leaner, stronger, more balanced body.

  • Where Lagree meets weight training. This 50-minute powerhouse layers in Bala Bangles, booty bands, 10 lb rings and 15, 25 or 35 lb Bala Beams for next-level sculpting and definition that lifts, tones and strengthens every muscle.

  • A results-driven Lagree class designed to target one main muscle group or body part for 75% of the workout. Each session zeroes in on a specific focus (think core, glutes, or upper body) while still hitting the rest of the body for balance and burn. Expect deep fatigue, serious activation and next-level results.

  • A traditional 50 minute Lagree class with shorter holds and fewer pulses. Ideal for beginners, postpartum, or injury recovery. A smooth bridge from Pilates to Lagree to build gentle strength, stability, and confidence.

A class for everyone

  • Short on time, never short on burn. This 25-minute express format keeps fewer transitions for a smooth, efficient flow that delivers the same Lagree intensity in less time. Quick, effective and fiery.

  • The perfect recovery session meets Lagree flow. Start with 30 minutes of controlled movement, then melt into 20 minutes of deep stretch in low light to restore flexibility, improve mobility and release muscle tension.

  • An advanced full-body Lagree experience for seasoned shakers. This endurance-driven, fast-paced 2.0 sequence features quick transitions and powerful challenges led by our top coaches—built to push strength, stamina, and mental grit. Must have 25+ Lagree classes to attend.

  • Learn the fundamentals with  Lagree Fitness Master Trainer Jessica focused on education, form, and full-body strength. We’ll break down each move, check alignment, and guide you through a complete workout to build smarter movement and solid strength. Offered once a month.
