A class for everyone

45 minutes. Our traditional Lagree class, building strength and endurance. All levels.

Our traditional Lagree class with slower transitions, lighter resistance and music. All levels.

Designed with the same intensity as Lagree but with the added benefits of Bala Beams and Rings, creating a unique strength training experience.

25 minutes. Advanced class (often with specific muscle group focus) that gives all the benefits of a regular class in less time. Previous Lagree experience recommended but not required.

Combines Lagree with High Intensity Interval Training. Formatted to boost heart rate, endurance and strength. All levels.

45 minutes. Combines 25 mins of Lagree Light and a 20 min stretching flow sequence on the MiniPro. All levels.
